A Call to Action : Merit Badge Counselors Needed

Posted on Aug 19 2014 - 9:51pm

Attention Scout Parents:

Merit Badges are essential to scouting. They allow the boys to be exposed to many activities, careers and fun-- and they are necessary for 1/2 of their rank advancements. . At Troop 6 we have been able to offer the 13 Eagle merit badge (MB) at least once every 18 months. We can't any more. Many of our counselors have "graduated" in the past two years, and we are in great need of MB Councilors.  It takes just a little of your time.  To be a counselor you need --

Congratulations to our newest Eagle

Updike Lifetime Achievement Award.  Both of these Scouters provide outstanding leadership and service to Troop 6 and our District.  Thank you from all of your Troop 6 Family.
